The GC-MS / MS TSQ 9000 Thermo system is a combination of an Ultra Trace GC 1310 gas chromatograph and a TSQ 9000 tri-quadrupole mass spectrometer which is capable of quantitative analysis with high sensitivity and precision. Its application for the analysis of many types of organic compounds in different sample matrices.

The GC-MS / MS system consists of the following components:

- Trace 1310 gas chromatograph includes column furnace

- Sample injection port SSL / PTV.

- TSQ 9000 three quadrupole mass spectrometer

- Triplus RSH automatic sample injection system

Some applications on GC-MS / MS TSQ 9000:

- Analysis of multiple pesticide residues including organnochlorine, organophosphorus, carbamat, pyrethroid, neonicotinoid, triazole, triazine, dicarboximide, imidazole,… in food, milk and water.

- Analysis of PAHs, PCBs, POPs compounds in food and water

- Analysis of contamination of some organic compounds from food packaging;

- Analysis of dioxins, furans in food / animal feeds
